Privacy policy

Bluegrass Mobile Detailing ("we," "us") is a mobile car detailing business based in Eminence, Kentucky. This policy covers this website, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and the information we keep to run appointments for you.

Information we collect

• What you give us when you fill out a form on this site or a Facebook or Instagram lead form: your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, the service you're interested in, preferred date and time, and any message you write.
• Appointment and payment records after you book: the services performed, prices, appointment dates, and how and when you paid. We do not collect or store card numbers.
• Basic visit details when you submit a form: the page you were on and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign tags in the link. If you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta also tells us which ad and campaign the form came from.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule and carry out your detail, and send you invoices and receipts.
• To keep a record of your vehicles and past services so future visits go smoothly.
• To understand which of our ads and pages bring in customers.
• We will only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, and only so they can provide that service to us:

• Website and database hosting (Cloudflare and Supabase), where your request and customer record are stored securely.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit one of our lead forms on their platforms. Meta's own privacy policy also applies there.
• Our employees, who see only the details needed for jobs assigned to them, such as your name, phone, address, vehicle and instructions.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and customer records for as long as you are a customer and as long as we need them for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

How we protect it

Your information is stored with access restricted to Bluegrass Mobile Detailing staff, protected by individual logins. Employees can only see the jobs assigned to them. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices, and deleting your data

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including information from our Facebook or Instagram lead forms. To do so:

• Email hayden09mattingly@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request," or call or text 502-667-3995.
• Include the name, phone number or email you used so we can find your records.

We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days. We may keep a limited record of past payments where the law requires it for tax purposes.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
